About the Job

Developing and managing digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of places
Utilizing BIM software and tools to create and modify BIM models
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure BIM models accurately represent design intent
Coordinating BIM models among multiple design disciplines to ensure compatibility and accuracy
Training and supporting team members and other stakeholders in the use of BIM software and methodology
Establishing and enforcing BIM standards and procedures within the organization
Performing clash detection and resolution in BIM models to avoid design and construction issues
Assisting in the development and implementation of BIM strategic planning
Generating and managing digital data and reports from BIM models
